• WHO: Crossing family and friends (ages 8 and up)

• WHAT: We will be building 3 homes in Tijuana, Mexico

• WHEN: August 29-31, 2025

• WHERE:  Tijuana, Mexico 

• WHY: We will be building 3 homes for families in need who have been connected and working with YWAM San Diego/Baja.  The work being done by the YWAM team in Tijuana is having a huge impact in the community.  Current community members live in structures made of materials they have been able to find or purchase for a low cost in the area.  In one weekend, we will be able to build a secure, safe home for a family.  The work we do is a part of the larger work being done by the YWAM staff to show the Tijuana community what a consistent life surrendered to Jesus Christ looks like.  After we build the house, YWAM will continue to meet with and serve the family.

  • Meet at Crossing | Windmill @ 4am
  • Depart Crossing church in vans 
  • Eat breakfast on the road
  • Check in at base
  • Orientation
  • Change and get ready to build!
  • Go to site & get to work!
  • Dinner on base
• SATURDAY
  • Breakfast at base
  • Briefing
  • Go to build site & start work
  • Lunch at build
  • Keep building until you're done!
  • Dinner and debrief on base
• SUNDAY 
  • Depart for Las Vegas @ 5am
  • Arrive back in Las Vegas mid afternoon
